Buying procedure:
When you decide on a property that you wish to purchase, you need to pay a deposit of 1000 euro to reserve the property. A Preliminary contract is drawn between you as a buyer and the owner of the property as a seller. You will need to sign the contract to proceed with the purchase.
After signing the contract the first main deposit would be due to be paid within 14 days which off plan is typically 30% of the purchase price.
