This one storey bungalow is located in a village only 4 km from the designer golf courses in Kavarna and Balchik area. It is also 10 km from the new marina and the future helicopter landing stage in Balchik. The beach is less than 5 minutes drive. The international airport in Varna is about 53 km south from here and will take you about an hour drive on a lovely panoramic road. We will recommend this village to anybody who loves the sea and the sun but prefers to be away from the crowded resorts.
The house we offer is in relatively good condition but still needs some renovation work to become livable. It is in the typical for the area L shape and has 70 sq m living area. With the new yacht marina in Balchik and the three designer golf courses in the area, Balchik and Kavarna are forming as an elite destination for rich tourists. There is one project yet to be started - a 3 km entertainment lane will connect Balchik and Albena. It will include shopping centers, green areas, restaurants and bars. This will be one of the most fascinating shopping streets with fantastic sea view all along the way.
