This complex is located in the top area of Bansko, on the west side of the Glazne River just 350 meters from the gondola. Apartments in buildings B, C, D, E, I, G, K and L are North-South facing, while buildings A, F, G and H are East-West facing.
The complex will include a fascinating landscaped park in the center.

BANSKO
Bansko is Bulgaria's number one ski resort. It is situated in the heart of the Pirin Mountain at 936 meters above sea level. It has 14 km of tracked runs for skiers and snowboarders. The thickness of the snow reaches 2 meters. The resort also has one of the longest ski seasons in Bulgaria from November till April.
The future plans of development include the creation of a new gondola and extending the ski runs. It's likely that the resort merges with another resort in the area - Dobrinishte to form one big holiday area. With the development of two golf courses in the area , it is expected that Bansko will add golf players to its regular tourists.
